We do things a little differently around here.

Because we're such a small shop, more often than not you'll be talking to the owner/maker directly. 

The upside is that you'll always get exceptional care. We love doing custom orders and helping with everything from sizing, styling and figuring out the best shipping method. 

The funky side is that our response time is a little slower than big box stores (sorry, we can't afford bots, so you'll be working with real people on solutions). However, we still do our best to get back to everyone in a timely manner. Our response time is currently 1-3 business days for general inquiries. 

If you have an emergency (address change, need to cancel an order, etc) please send us an email with the emergency in ALL CAPS so we can respond to you ASAP.

Please keep in mind all items are handmade to order with love in Eugene, Oregon. Our current processing time is 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We don't want to spam you with emails, but we will contact you via email if anything changes or affects your order.

You will provide an email at checkout for the purpose of receiving confirmation emails regarding your order's status and shipping information. We will not use your email or contact you for any other reason besides information about your order. We ask that you add our email address to your contacts to avoid important confirmation emails getting lost in your spam folder. 

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We are a small shop and use WiX to host our website because it is streamlined and simple. Their privacy policy can be viewed here.

For purposes of functionality and website analytics, we utilize the data collection tools provided by WiX, therefore we receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way for said purposes. In addition, Wix may collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. Wix may also use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and any personal profile information you voluntarily provide.
