Shipping Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

All items are handmade in Eugene, Oregon. Unless otherwise stated in the listing, all items are made to order. 

Processing time is 3-5 business days from the date on your order, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping time in the USA is approximately 3-14 business days depending on the method of shipping selected at checkout.

​

We are not responsible for: delays or damages to your package or additional fees accrued by the USPS. We are happy to help you to the best of our abilities, but this is at most a two woman shop and we are not responsible for what the postal service does with your package once we transfer responsibility.

International shipping* is 7-24 business days and varies greatly by country and region. We are not liable for any delays in shipping due to customs/imports/VAT and we are not responsible for any additional shipping fees accrued due to customs, imports or VAT taxes.

*Please inquire with your local customs/import office prior to placing an order to avoid surprise fees and to get a better estimation of shipping delays in your area. 

We only accept returns & exchanges for unworn/unwashed items.

In order to return an item, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order (the date your package arrived) and all items must be unworn/unwashed.

Exchanges must be unworn/unwashed and you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order (the date your package arrived).

Shipping delays/Damaged product:

If the return/exchange is because of a mistake we made, we will gladly pay for shipping and send you a prepaid label.

If the return/exchange is due to customer error, you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs to return the product before receiving a refund.

Damaged products must be reported via email within 5 business days of receiving your item (the date your package arrived) along with photos of the damage. If it is our responsibility, we will gladly make it right.

If the damage occurred during transit, we will help you file a claim with USPS and issue a refund/exchange upon conclusion of said claim.
